About this service
Most of our clients are on a recurring plan. It is the simplest way to keep a home in good order: a housekeeper who knows your rooms, your surfaces, and your preferences arrives on a set day, works through the same checklist, and leaves the house ready for the week.
Plans start with an initial visit, usually a deep clean, so that every visit after it is maintenance rather than catch-up. From there you choose the rhythm. Weekly suits busy households with children or pets. Every two weeks is our most popular schedule. Monthly works well for smaller homes and second residences.
There are no contracts. Pause for travel, skip a visit, or change your frequency with a text. We ask for 24 hours notice to move an appointment so that our housekeepers keep a full day.

Booking a recurring cleaning takes a few minutes.

Tell us about your home
Two minutes in the quote form or a quick text: type of cleaning, bedrooms and bathrooms, and a date that suits you.

Approve a written quote
We reply, usually the same business day, with a price, an estimated duration, and the checklist for the visit. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

We arrive and get to work
Your housekeeper arrives in the agreed window with everything needed, works the checklist, and texts you when the home is done.

Walk in to a finished home
Pay by card on file after the visit. Set up a recurring plan if you would like the same housekeeper back on a schedule.

Recurring Cleaning questions
Good to know.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. Recurring pricing applies as long as visits stay on schedule. Skip, pause, or cancel with 24 hours notice. If a plan goes more than eight weeks without a visit, the next one is priced as a standard or deep clean depending on condition.
Why start with a deep clean?
A deep clean brings the whole home to the same baseline so that recurring visits are quick and consistent. If your home was professionally cleaned in the last few weeks, we may be able to start with a standard visit instead. We will tell you honestly after seeing the details.
What if my regular housekeeper is out?
We send another Lux housekeeper who has your home notes and checklist. You will be told in advance, and your regular housekeeper returns on the next visit.
