We reply, usually the same business day, with a price, an estimated duration, and the checklist for the visit. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

We arrive and get to work
Your housekeeper arrives in the agreed window with everything needed, works the checklist, and texts you when the home is done.

Walk in to a finished home
Pay by card on file after the visit. Set up a recurring plan if you would like the same housekeeper back on a schedule.

Pricing
Starting prices you can see. A confirmed price before we arrive.
Estimates depend on four things, and we tell you which ones moved the number. Every booking is confirmed in writing before it is scheduled.
Size and layout
Bedrooms and square footage set the base range. Bathrooms are the most time-intensive rooms in any home, so each one beyond the first adds to the price.
Condition
A 1,500 sq ft home that has not been cleaned in a long time takes more time and labor than a regularly maintained home of the same size. Heavy buildup adds $50 to $150; extreme condition is quoted after a walkthrough.
Frequency
Recurring visits are shorter because the home never falls behind. Weekly saves 20%, bi-weekly 15%, monthly 10%.
Add-ons
Inside the oven, the refrigerator, cabinets, windows, blinds, laundry, and similar tasks are priced per item so you only pay for what you want.

How do I get a quote?
Use the quote form on this site or text us. Tell us the type of cleaning, bedrooms and bathrooms, and a preferred date. You will get a written quote, usually the same business day, and nothing is booked until you approve it.
How is pricing determined?
By the type of cleaning, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the condition of the home, and any add-ons. Recurring plans are priced lower per visit. You receive the price in writing before we arrive, and it does not change on the day unless you add something.
Are your housekeepers insured and background-checked?
Yes. Every housekeeper is an employee, not a contractor, has passed a background check, and is covered by our general liability and workers compensation insurance. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
Will I have the same housekeeper each visit?
On recurring plans, yes, whenever possible. Consistency is the point. If your housekeeper is out, we send another member of the team with your home notes and let you know in advance.
What is not included in a cleaning?
Every checklist on this site has a "not included" section. In short: we do not clean walls and ceilings beyond spot-cleaning, exterior windows, chandeliers or delicate art, biohazards, or anything requiring more than a two-step ladder, and we do not move heavy furniture.
What if I am not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we return to re-clean the area at no charge. It is a simple promise and we keep it. If we broke something, we will tell you before you find it and make it right.
